Mission

SSFD seeks, through its mission, at assembling efforts and advocacy for the issues of the affected communities and poor and vulnerable families in order to provide emergency and necessary humanitarian relief to save the lives of those affected by wars and disasters, as well as working to promote effective partnership with relevant international and local NOGs for adopting comprehensive development programs and achieving the goals of sustainable development.

Goals

• Contributing to the provision of the necessary humanitarian assistance necessary to survive and live in dignity
• Empowering women, youth, vulnerable groups, people with special needs and marginalized people through adopting vocational training programs and upgrading scientific and practical abilities and skills.
• Creating local and regional partnerships and joint cooperation with donors, government agencies and private sectors to mobilize resources and funding to respond to the emergency needs of those affected people.
• Planning long-term development programs to eradicate poverty, drive sustainable development and empower communities.
• Promoting the rights and freedoms and developing the Yemeni society economically, socially and culturally.
